CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations for New Member Orientation must be received no less than 48 hours prior to the orientation date. Cancellations must be made via email to NMO@bhglaar.com. Upon proper notification of cancellation you will receive a confirmation email with details on future orientation dates that are available for you to register for.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only available to members who have completed their New Member Orientation within 90 days of joining BH/GLAAR. Refunds are not issued if you do not cancel within the 48 hour cancellation period or if you are beyond your 90 days of joining BH/GLAAR.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to completing your New Member Orientation, you must complete the NAR Online Ethics Course.
To take this online course, please logon to www.realtor.org.

From this page, scroll over the Law, Ethics & Policy navigation and click NAR Code of Ethics, then click on Code of Ethics Training on the right hand side of the screen and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the course, please forward your certificate of completion to nmo@bhglaar.com to get credit for your second requirement.
