It provides practical information that removes mystery from transactions with commercial and industrial properties that may be impacted with contaminated soil or groundwater. FREE COURSES (NO SHOW CHARGE): Courses offered free of charge will have a no-show charge feature. If you enroll in a free course and do not cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the course you will be assessed a $20.00 no-show charge. REFUNDS: Refunds are not issued if you are unable to attend a course.CANCELLATIONS MADE BY ENROLLEES: All cancellations for courses must be received no less than 24 hours prior to the course start date. Cancellations may be made via email, mail, phone or fax. Upon proper notification of cancellation your account will be credited in the amount of the course. Credits may be applied to future education courses. The funds may not be used for annual dues or purchases in our Realtor store. CANCELLATIONS MADE BY INSTRUCTOR / BHGLAAR: A full refund will be issued if a course is cancelled by either the instructor or BHGLAAR. If the course was paid via credit card the refunded amount will be credited to the account on record within 5 -7 business days of the cancellation. If the course was paid via cash/check a refund check will be mailed within 5 -7 business days of the cancellation to the office address on file.
