Please do not register if you are not a new member. You will need your NRDS/Member Number—the 9-digit number included in your welcome letter—to complete registration. REMINDER: Required Courses for New Members As a reminder, all new members are required to complete the following NAR courses before attending GLAR New Member Onboarding: 1.NAR New Member Code of Ethics Training Course 2.NAR Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training Course Zoom Webinar Zoom Webinar **CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY**No-Show Policy for Free Events & Classes: To ensure we can continue offering high-quality, no-cost programming, if you're unable to attend, we ask that you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the event start time. Cancellations must be submitted via email to membership@glarealtors.com. This allows us to adjust arrangements and avoid unnecessary expenses.If you do not cancel (48 hours in advance of event start time) and do not attend, a $50 No-Show Fee will be charged to cover costs incurred due to your confirmed registration.**PAID CLASSES & EVENTS**Once paid, registration fees for all GLAR Events and other Educational Seminars are non-refundable.
