Additional Credit In addition to earning the AHWD® Certification, this course also provides additional professional development credit, including: Elective credit for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation Elective credit for the Certified International Property Specialist designation Credit toward the C2EX Endorsement Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Requirement This course satisfies NAR’s Fair Housing / Anti-Bias training requirement for the 2025–2027 cycle.
