For many sellers, concern about taxes is one of the biggest barriers to listing a property, but there are tax strategies available that are worth understanding.

Tax Deferral Solutions that Gain Listings gives REALTORS® a practical overview of 1031 exchanges, DSTs, and 1033 exchanges so they can better understand these strategies, speak more confidently with clients, and identify opportunities that can help win listings.

In this session, you’ll learn:
  • What 1031, DST, and 1033 strategies are and how they work
  • How these options may help address common seller concerns about taxes
  • Why DSTs can serve as backup replacement property options in a 1031 exchange
  • How DSTs may help with financing, diversification, and property management challenges
  • How to have more informed client conversations without stepping into the role of tax advisor

Join us to strengthen your listing conversations, add value for your clients, and leave with practical insight you can put to work right away.
